Hot Rolled Brushed Carbon Steel Tubing

This product is hot rolled carbon steel but with some scale. The brushing process removes most of the scale from the steel surface, leaving behind a "tight" scale. An oil film is not required to prevent rust from forming. Hot rolled brushed carbon steel is recommended for unexposed applications that require a clean-uniform surface and flatness. The tube is manufactured in accordance with ASTM A513 Type 1 or ASTM A500 Grades A, B or C. Aluminized Carbon Steel Tubing

Aluminized steel is continuously hot dipped coated on both sides with an aluminum coating. This process provides a tight metallurgical bond between the steel and the coating, resulting in a material with the strength of steel plus corrosion protection of aluminum and heat protection of an aluminum/silicon alloy. Add into the mix its affordable cost and you can understand why this material is preferred for various manufacturing applications.
